Terms of service
Last updated: 1 August 2026
THE GLORY operates this website and online store. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”), together with the policies linked below, apply when you access our website, create an account or purchase from us. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter into a contract in your place of residence. If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate, current information, keeping your login details secure and promptly notifying us of unauthorised use.
2. Products and availability
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen and device. Product availability, descriptions and prices may change without notice before an order is accepted. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under applicable consumer law.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if an item is unavailable, information or pricing is materially incorrect, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid.
Please check your order and delivery details before submitting it. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been accepted or dispatched. Contact us promptly if you need assistance.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency selected on the website. Shipping charges, taxes, duties and other applicable costs are displayed at checkout where available. You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected for your order.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are dispatched and delivered in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs and events outside our reasonable control. We will provide available tracking information and assist with delivery issues in accordance with applicable law.
6. Returns, refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Our change-of-mind returns are governed by our Refund Policy. That policy provides rights in addition to, and does not replace, rights available under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a major problem, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we may provide a repair or another remedy permitted by law. We will reimburse reasonable return costs where required by law.
7. Promotions and gift cards
Promotions, discount codes and gift cards may be subject to additional terms disclosed at the time of issue. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. We may cancel a promotion or refuse its use where there is an error, fraud or misuse, subject to applicable law.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the website or services unlawfully, fraudulently, to infringe another person’s rights, to transmit harmful code, to interfere with security or operation, or to collect information without authorisation. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store or our service providers.
9. Intellectual property
The website’s branding, text, graphics, photographs, videos, designs and other content are owned by or licensed to THE GLORY and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
10. Third-party services and links
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery, analytics and other service providers. Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content outside our control, but this does not limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how information is collected, used and disclosed.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the relevant contract was formed.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the services where you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraud or misuse, or create a security risk. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, practices or legal obligations. The current version and “Last updated” date will be posted on this page. Material changes will apply prospectively and notice will be provided where required by law.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in New South Wales may hear disputes, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection or right available in your place of residence.
