All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from Sydney, Australia.

Australian Orders

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.

Our flat-rate shipping options are:

• Standard Shipping — $10 AUD
  Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
• Express Shipping — $15 AUD
  Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days

Shipping is charged at a flat rate, so the shipping fee shown at checkout will not increase based on your delivery location or order size.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your delivery.

International Orders

We offer international shipping to selected countries and regions. Available destinations will be shown at checkout.

Our flat-rate international shipping options are:

• Standard International Shipping — $40 AUD
  Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
• Express International Shipping — $60 AUD
  Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

The shipping fee shown at checkout is a flat rate and will not increase after your order has been placed.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are determined by local authorities and are not included in our shipping fees.

Order Processing

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible once payment has been successfully received.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched and are provided as a guide only. Delivery times may vary depending on Australia Post, the destination, customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.

During busy periods, promotional events, or public holidays, processing and delivery may take slightly longer.
