Conditions of Return
Before starting a return, use the same email address that was used at checkout. The return portal will show which delivered items are eligible and any applicable return conditions.
Please do not send an item back until your return request has been approved and you have received return instructions by email.
How returns work
Follow these three simple steps to submit a return request.

STEP 1
Open the return portal and sign in using the email address from your order. Shopify will send a secure verification code to that email.

STEP 2
Select the delivered order and item you want to return, choose a return reason, and submit your request for review.

STEP 3
Once your request is reviewed, return instructions will be sent to you by email. Follow those instructions before shipping your item.
Need an exchange? Shopify’s self-serve portal accepts return requests only. Submit a standard return, then place a new order for the preferred item, or contact us for assistance.
